Buying a S40... S40-V40 2000

Forget about the used one, buy a new 2002. I am hoping Volvo got the bugs worked out in the first two years ('00 & '01).

Currently, dealers are recieving HUGE incentives from the factory to liquidate their inventory of 2002's to make way for the 2003 models. I went to the dealer shopping for a 2001 and bought a new 2002 S40 Premium Plus. Paid 7.8% below invoice and I am sure you could do better. Sale is expected to end at the end of the month.

We have 200 miles on the car so far and LOVE IT.
