Throttle body cleaning 850 1995

To open the throttle, just manually pull the throttle cable linkage.
I just push on the cable a bit to open it. When done, double check the
cable is correctly routed. You see all of this once you get the little
black cover off the throttle mechanicals.

For cleaning, I use household isopropyl alcohol on a clean rag and wipe.
