Winter Tires on T5 S70 1998

I have '98 V70T5M and, size just like the owner's manual recommends, a set of 185/65/15 Vredestein Snowstar studded tires. I was going to replace them with a set of Nokian Hakka-1s also with studs, but after I got them cleaned off they didn't look bad at all, so maybe next season. I do drive like a librarian in a 240DL when I have the studded tires on, I never turn the TRACS off, they're noisy as anything and unpleasant on dry roads, but WOW you can run rings around any AWD on non-studded tires in the snow.
