Thanks for the tips..

Leaning towards the turbo seals since the plugs were essentially spotless...need to get at it before I destroy the cats...

another few questions...

What simple upgrades should I consider while the turbo is out..
Upgrade to larger one? Can stock computer handle it ?
Larger downpipe and new highflow cat?
