Rear Fog Lights V70-XC70 1998

On my cluster panel, my rear fog light is turned off, but ocassionaly the notification light will got on for a split second, this happens quite often. I think the bulb might be going out or a bad fuse? I hope it's not faulty wiring. Any ideas???
