Honey, I hate to tell you this, but my baby was acting the same way a few weeks ago. I've had 3 transmissions in 6 months. The key here is to take it to a REPUTABLE Volvo mechanic. I took it to a Joe Schmo place the first time, hence the second two. It's a great car, so don't get frustrated with it. Just understand that it'll be $1,500 (and that was with the puppy-dog look discount). It was originally $4k. Don't forget to get your warranty!!!!
