The "kit" is sold by Volvo dealerships only. It includes illumination bulbs only, not the warning lamps. Regarding the heater switches, '94 Models cannot replace bulbs in the rocker switches. Hard to believe, but true. Volvo addressed this issue the following year with rocker switches that have replaceable bulbs. When I purchased my '94 I had ALL the rocker switches replaced with the newer design.
