Oil level too high and now there are problems Please help s70 t5 S70 1998

I tried it upon the recommendation of friend who put it into his Mercedes S420. He said it made it run smoother. Always looking for ways to pamper the Volvo, I bought a bottle. After 2 weeks, I flushed my engine and put back straight Mobil 1 10w-30 synthetic. End of story.
