Car won't start--help! 850 1993

Same problem with a 1996 850 turbo, 2.3L, with 185,000 miles.

Could it be a speed sensor problem? not fuel pump, not spark plugs, not fuel filter, mechanics said it could be computer. Anyone else have this issue?
