Speaker grill removal V70-XC70 2001

Any tricks to removing the speaker door grill/covers (front and rear doors) on my 2001 V70?
I thought it might be like my 760 but I have tugged/pull and tried to slide the grills to the point that I'm afraid I'll break something.

Thanks in advance for any advice...
