If the old holder has one good lever left, keep it in the event you break another on the new one. The individual spring loaded levers can also be replaced, but are not sold in that form, so you will have to purchase the whole unit. I got mine at www.vlvworld.com for about what has been mentioned here ($40), and you might also try eBay, because you never know.
