I am the original owner of a blue/green 1993 Volvo 240 Classic Sedan. I am looking to sell her to a true Volvo enthusiast, to a good forever home. I’ve taken great care of her for the last 27 years. This is not a “parts car” but she is completely roadworthy and deserving of someone who will treasure her. The car is still my commuter car and we ride on highways doing 70MPH with ease – ( not that we get to 70 MPH in 10 seconds!!! )
The car has 207,000 Miles. As I worked for Volvo Cars of North America for 30 years, the car has been factory maintained. All maintenance records available. No Accidents. No rust. I have recently had the roof, hood, and truck lid repainted as the clear coat was compromised; there is a small dent in driver door. The vehicle has Vresdestein tires with about 15K on them; original stock wheels plus one extra mounted & balanced factory stock wheel with Vresdestein tire. No sunroof. Everything works. Beige cloth interior, no rips or stains. Pioneer radio and original speakers. Recent work: replace front control arm bushings, inner & outer tie rods. 2 years ago: Front pipe & exhaust system, rear main seal. In tank fuel pump replaced June 2020. I am sadly parting ways with the car because I no longer have access to a shop & lift and long time Volvo technical wizards. If you want more pictures, let me know.
