Missing on non-USA, 5 lens, tail light assemblies

| NOTE |
| The lack of this special reflector (or whatever it is) is the only difference I can find between the very expensive Bosch US tail light assembly and the non-US Bosch assembly. Perhaps technically not correct. But really? Have to pay at least twice as much to get this? |
