1977 242 Speedometer is stuck at 65 mph

The odometer works (how many miles on the car).
The speedometer is stuck at 65 mph. Before it got stuck it would work, but would flutter around.
Now the pointer is simply stuck at 65 mph. I think it goes up to 70 maybe. But it does not go down.

Can this be fixed or do I need to get a new one?

There are comanies that rehab speedos on here somewhere
