Yellowish greasy fluid leak under engine bay. 200 1993

I checked all the fluids again. Everything still seems to be up to the correct levels. I opened the caps on both the valve cover & coolant resevoir. There is no discoloration of either of the fluids at this time. I checked around the head/block mating surface with my hand and could find no 'wet spots'. It's coming from somehwere but not sure where. Suppose I have to get it up on jacks and get a better look.
