Thank you for the response I sprayed starting fluid and irt will run I separated the fuel line from the rail just to see if it's flowing when I turn on the key. Stuck a soda can over the end to see I need to make a adapter to check pressure. Or I could try the tire gauge. Yikes! I pulled out the ECM 9146261 Siemens to have a look at it and there is a small brown spot under a red block not sure what type of electronics part that is.

If I can rember how to upload photos I'll post a picture.
