Just seems like the injectors are not firing that's why I headed down that road. I'm going to buy/build an adapter so I can check pressure at the rail. i'll post what I find. I didn't suspect the fuel pump because the PO said it was changed At first I suspected it but it was coming on and running I figured some pressure would at least let it idle.
