I have to agree looking at what the history was. Hard starting, replaced the pump and never has started since. The non regina is literally half the pressure.
Non Regina:
Maximum Free Flow Rate (gph) 35
Maximum Pressure Rate (psi) 6
Minimum Free Flow Rate (gph) 20
Minimum Pressure Rate (psi) 4

Regina:
Maximum Free Flow Rate (gph) 55
Maximum Pressure Rate (psi) 90
Minimum Free Flow Rate (gph) 45
Minimum Pressure Rate (psi) 80
