Should pull the pump out and see. I think the correct pump was installed by PO maybe not OEM. No Bosch in-tank pump ever gives out 22PSI be it for NA or turbo. Just curious to see what made it half-failed - blocked fuel filter sock or what? Could use some long tubing going to bottom of tank, suck out some fuel for inspection.

The IPD oil filter wrench (or something similar) is big enough to undo the fuel tank bung nut, without resorting to use hammer and wood block/screwdriver.
