Use of stop leak for an enduring period can cause clogs.

So get onto your dyin' feet and dissemble the cooling system. As you must remove all that is the center of 240, inspect it for clogs.

The stop leak material, if you have used it for an extended period will settle at the lowest level, of the heater core. Or, a clog may be at the heater core valve interior assembly if you cannot. As Mr. Stevens says.
