help identifying broken valve attached to intake manifold 900 1995

Cruise control servo. I've never seen one cut open. It must have been like that for some time as it looks rather oily/grungy inside. The missing piece is a rubber cup with a cable attached to the end that goes around the throttle spindle. The other end is connected with a vacuum tube to the cruise control motor and an instant release valve in a brake pedal switch. You can live without it if you don't care about cruising.
