Banging from lower control arm bushings? 200

Most of the 240 front suspension noises I have encountered are from bad lower control arm bushings. These are the big ones at the back end of the control arm.
They are not very difficult to change. I use a chisel to crush the outer shell before hammering them out of the brackets. I simply tap the new ones into place gently using a hammer.

Good luck!
