Has anyone reading this ever installed electric window motors into a 122? If so, could you post some details?
I'm also curious about what to line the window channels with. A few years back I put some kind of felt material in there and although the windows work, they're pretty stiff when cranking them up.

I just installed power windows and remote electric door locks in my 122. I got the kit on Ebay - but the spal brand is a good Italian one. Check out http://www.spal-usa.com. I used the 'pod' style switches that cover the hole where the winder would normally go.

Installation was not too bad. Instructions were not great, but the wiring diagram was very good. Not too hard, it took me a day to install the door locks and power windows. I set them up so you don't need a key, but it's up to you.

The kit came with everything and it fit fine. I recommend it.

Try this website. The electric windows are fitted to a 544 though, but should work for a 122 as well.
