Only the speaker in my right front door works, all others, including the two dash speakers are silent. I checked the FAQ and did not find much info. Could anyone let me know where to start with for trouble shooting? Thanks in advance.

A good place to start is behind the radio at the "source". Work your way to the doors and rear deck (if you have rear deck speakers). Use a small speaker as a test unit on each speaker wire off of the radio. If all of them work, then the problem is farther back. If only one of your works, the problem is likely either in the radio or in the initial wiring. FYI, My 93 944 has the rear deck speakers but also has cutouts behind the rear door speaker panels with the wires tucked up inside. I installed two more there with great results.
