Hey
I just noticed i have a leaking seal behind what i think is the water pump, Should i go ahead and replace the waterpump as well? "i have never replaced it" i have read about the seals geting cut during install, but i cant find a photo, is this an easy fix, and what tools will i need.

From your question, I would recommend against it. Brief overview what's involved. Drain some antifreeze out. Release belt tension, remove fan mounted to water pump. Timing belt cover removal, pump removal. Levering up to seal oring, and not crushing heater core piping, etc.

Water pumps are cheap, if you are going to remove it put in a new one.
If you are not sure what the water pump is do not attempt to replace it until you have educated yourself a bit on the subject. I believe there is a description in The FAQ section along with hints on water pump replacement.
