Does anyone know the conversion between what I am guessing is wire size in the Haynes wiring diagrams to AWG? The number is before the color code. I need to get some 0.75 wire. Thanks.

Metric 0.75 is just a tiny bit lighter guage than 18AWG.

Google "American Wire Gauge" - you'll find tons of conversion tables.
