Upper brake lights not working 700 1989

I have a 745GLA, the lower brake lights are working but the upper lights and the window brake light are not. The fuse is good and so are the bulbs, has anyone had this problem.

    That's because they are not brake lights. They are called rear fog lights. Flip the switch with the red light in it next to the front fog light switch (left side of the steering column). It should go on. The window brake light is a different story. Check the contacts with the brakes depressed with a volt meter and see if you have 12 volts.
