    COLD START / HUMIDITY 200 1985

First thought with start-run issues related to cold and especially damp is ignition: distributor cap and rotor, spark plug wires, wire from coil to distributor. If those haven't been replaced in years you are due anyway and it's easy, so change them all and see if that fixes it.
