I stripped the Hex on the door lock, how can I remove it now ?
The hex tool are so small, you have poor grip, the door lock Hex was so tight...

    Try the fastener remover where you drill a hole, hammer it in, and wrench it out along with the fastener. Use penetrating lubricant.
