I purchased a radio from the person that logs in as GLU, this was his post:

I've got an old AM/FM one in 90+% condition I'll let you have relatively inexpensively. Email me at: gullom@nova.edu for more info.

The radio did not work at all, so use caution, if you deal with GLU.

    Brendan is disappointed that, after he purchased a working radio from me and sold it to another party, it stopped working when the third party's electrician was tinkering with it trying to install it. The radio worked when I sent it off to him several months ago. Maybe it was dropped during shipping, but since he apparently didn't bother to check it out then and since so much time has elapsed since it was delivered, he couldn't possibly recover the insurance from USPS, so he would like me to take it back. Who's jerking who here, anyway?

    I suggest that he not bog down the forums with his drivel.

      This is my last word on this subject. I did not sell the radio to a third party, I had GLU send the radio to the person who is restoring my car, so the radio could be installed. Here is what I received in correspondence from the installer:

      "My electrician told me that the radio you purchased doesn't work. He wired it in and hooked it up to your new antenna and speaker and apparently no sound comes out. He also said that the tuner on the radio doesn't work and that it only jumps to pre-set settings previously set when the buttons were pushed to select stations."

      I asked for my money back, and was refused by GLU.

    Are you saying you didn't actually ask him if it works? He might've been talking about his subjective opinion on how it looks with the 90%...

      Yeah exactly. Did you talk to him about the radio not working before you spilled your guts here? Does he know you were going to do this?
