I think that there are some posts that might get more replies if they autualy gave a more discriptive title. I find that I won't look at some posts, just becasue the titles are very non doscript.

I agree. Two issues, first, I don't usually pull up a post that is titled "Can somebody help me find what causes an intermit...." or "Really frustrating situation". Second, I see that many people don't put in the search criteria, so the search is looking a the title I'd bet. If there is nothing in the title that is relevant for the search, then the post and any responses it triggers will be of little use to the community, which is half the purpose of the site (the other half being to help the individual poster).
