no power under heavy eccelerating 200

Hi All, Came back from a 400 mi. trip and started having problems.I have a 85 240 turbo B21 engine and I noticed that on the trip back when I tried to pass someone the engine just lagged, boost gauge was reading o.k. but it was like it wasn't getting enough fuel.I pulled into a rest stop checked vac. lines, fuel lines and anything I could think of.The engine ran fine at idle and runs fine so long as you don't floor it. Anyone have any idea's

1) If you have a timing light, make sure that your timing is advancing when the RPMs come up.

2) Make sure your air thermostat has not failed causing you to run on hot air.

3) Hold your hand by the exhaust pipe opening while the car idles. You should easily feel the individual bursts of exhaust. If not, suspect an exhaust obstruction.
