I thought those were PV's!!!

Thank you for posting this and confirming something I've been wondering about for two years. I was up at Lake Tahoe a few summers ago (backpacking with my dog through desolation wilderness) and I thought I saw a PV at a gas station on some corner, but when I went back to try to find it I couldn't find the intersection.

humphf. Now I won't bother. How ridiculous (the price tags, I mean).

Is this that old gas station where hwy 50 & 80-something split? If so, the snow is concealing their "$15,000 cask only" price tags. That place is an endless source of envy and rage for me... Is the $25,000 White 68 220 still there?

Tranquil picture though. But don't let that guy catch you with a camera on his property.

If that's someone different, here's to them. They must have the Other eight in Tahoe.

Yup you called it. The gas station at the 50 and 89 in south tahoe. And yes, he was asking $15000 for this amazon wagon. Some kind of crazy I guess. But that picture was a thousand words. I mean what a surprise to find some many classic volvos on one property in tahoe.

And the $15000 Amazon. I wish I took a picture of the window sticker.

Hey, it's down to 15k? Why in just 9 months he's dropped the price 10k! Can't be much more than a couple months before they're down to what they're worth right?
We can split them 50/50 then... He he he...
Keep an eye on them, there's plenty there. Perhaps the BB can put the heat on him and the spoils can be divided between the handful of Volvo freaks of Northern California.
But anyway, thanks for posting these; it's not often I can get up the hill. Nice to see them again. They look pretty good under all that snow.
