Broke a plastic part outside the blower motor... 200

I've finished installing my new blower motor, and have tested it out. It blows! Now I can begin to see if the AC works.
Problem now is that I have broken the vacuum-activated flap that sends the air either below the seats or above on the drivers side. Where online can I order this part? Is it possible?
Also, one of the clips that holds on the impeller (same side) was damaged upon removal. Is it possible to get one of those online, or should I go find a donor car?
I'm now looking forward to the arduous task of putting everything back together again. Tested all the vacuum hoses and everything seems to work well, and everything under the dash is fine. Replaced the odometer gear when cluster was out - what a simple repair! My old odometer gear felt like melted rubber!
In any matter, that's my story. I need those two parts before I can go any further. Any input is much appreciated.

Broke a plastic part outside the blower motor... 200

Just thought I'd add that I installed the new blower motor and have begun putting everything back in place. I went to the junkyard and got one of the fins that broke in the blower motor housing, as well as a bunch of plastic trim pieces that were broken on my brick. Thanks for the advice, all. I fixed a cracked vacuum line, and everything under the dash is now in tip-top shape! I may end up cleaning stuff if my new dash takes a long time to come in...
New leather seats (from a '92) are coming this weekend, and I've cleaned up the carpets as best as they can be cleaned, and have washed everything on the interior.
I found a donor car with the 3rd seat package, and all the surrounding carpet is tan as mine is; I am going to salvage that next week and install it... Also found dash clock and an instrument cluster with a tach, so I'll probably install them as well... I'm turning my DL into a GL!
Anyway, I'm having fun... Blower motor was, uh, interesting. Thanks for the help!

New dash? As in brand new? WHere and how much?! Be sure to let us know how it looks and fits when it arrives.

Broke a plastic part outside the blower motor... 200 200 1981

Currently parting out a 1981 245DL and probably have the parts you need. Not sure, though, based on the previous poster's comments that there are differences between years. If you can email me a digital photo of what you need, it's yours for junkyard prices or trade of some sort, plus shipping.

hello,

donor car, or put an ad in brickboard. cheaper or free from the junkyard. but again, it's rip 'em up time again.

if you get the 240 black blower housing, there is a slight change in year models. i don't know what year, but a 93 240 donor didn't fit my 86 black housing, and i had to replace all of it, left side, right side, both inner & outer and the vent housing right behind the center 2 vents. 5 pieces.

i had to go to the jy each time i found out that a piece was a misfit.

i keep the screwdriver pressed against those fan blades so it won't be flying off to the moon.

the odo gear is simple, lots of instructions on websites & in the archives. here's a good place with some good info from eric stauffer's page. former volvo owner.

Well, there is a junkyard near me with two 240's in it - both of them late-80's models. One has an awesome black cloth interior - almost flawless. More importantly, another has a blower motor housing with the EXACT same look, and there is no dash in the car! That should make getting parts easier. In fact real easy. Looks like I'll be heading there tomorrow. Can't wait to get the dash back on!

I would find the nearest pic-n-pull yard to your location. Those will be easy parts to find, and a pain in the butt to remove. If you have no pic-n-pulls around, I can recommend one up my way, Crazy Ray's in Jessup, Md.

Good luck
