960 wagon rear shocks

I have a '97 960 wagon with non-nivomat shocks. I want the rear end to sit up higher. Right now it seems too low. What can I put on her? Load levelers? My goal is to have the rear sit a bit higher than the front. Please send recommendations.

You might consider getting rear tires one size larger than the fronts.

I did that on by 1986 244 and it worked OK. I am not sure of the clearance problems in the 965, only that the 205/70-R14 works fine on the 240.

    Good Luck,

    Bob

You have two choices-OEM or Monroe-thats all-Have Monroe on my 97 wagon and to me they are much better than what came on the car.
    Hope that helps

Thanks for the replies. I'll look into the Monroe shocks. Bigger tires are not an option, as I recently bought new rubber all the way around.
