ignition off, power to fuses 7, 8, 9, 10 200

i'm trying to find what's probably a slow drain on the battery of my '93 240 and noticed that fuses 7, 8, 9, and 10 are powered even with the ignition off. are they supposed to be powered? if they're not, i'm wodering if there's a relay stuck closed that's feeding the four of them, or if a bad ignition switch is somehow responsible. any feedback is appreciated.

Yes, fuses 7 through 10 are always 'live' ... 200 1993

So is FI & Ign. fuse 6, via a separate wire (7-10 have a common feed).
