Likely location for a tail-light short? 700

Does anyone have a likely location for a tail-light short?
My running lamps are blowing fuses left and right. Initially it was once every couple months, now it's every day. I checked the door channels over the weekend briefly and didn't see any place there was a connector or the harness was loose.

Fuse #15 (passenger front and rear running lights, "aux lighting" (the lighting for climate control))
I suspect the passthrough to the trunk (didn't check the rear door channel, I only had 10 minutes) or the fuse box or under the kick panel. It's blown a 25 amp fuse (stupid me, that 25 amp fuse blew two dash lights. 7$ apiece dealer items.)

It seems like nobody has this problem but me. I do live on a horribly bumpy driveway, but anyone living in the mountains must have similar problems.
Driving over a set of mild railroad tracks blew it on multiple occasions.

I thought the short could be in the trunk, as when I washed it out the fuse blew instantly. (dried on scuzz from a dirt road and leaking tail-light seals. They've been replaced and so have the taillight sockets.)
I've tried to twist the wiring in the trunk to recreate the short, but it hasn't worked.
Also I noticed my fuse/relay board was loose in my panel today, I've been thinking I should take out my bulb out relay but it seems like it won't cause this sort of problem. I secured it and I think I'm the one who loosened it originally. Could there by a short underneath it? If so... I'll need to take out my radio and EQ to get to it, what about the side/kick panels for the center console?

I must have a positive wiring to ground short and I don't think it's in the front running light wiring. The fuses are now holding for about 5 seconds and blowing, regardless of brakes, rear fog lights, etc.
Does someone know where exactly the front side marker light wiring passes through the firewall?
thanks
-Will
