do the 940's use the same o2 sensor as the 240 200

    Not if the 940 has Regina FI... 200

    ...which is almost certain, and requires a Titania-based sensor (Bosch is Zirconia).

    do the 940's use the same o2 sensor as the 240 200

    The sensor itself is pretty much the same, so long as we are talking about 3 wire heated sensors. The difference is going to be location of the sensor and length of the harness.
