crankcase pressure 900

I have a 1991 940SE with a turbo. 237,000 miles. The body is almost perfect. The previous owner said he had the front seal replaced, now the rear seal leaks. It was blowing oil from everywhere. So I thought, I'll just clean the flame trap and fix the leaks and everything will be great. Wrong!! I took the breather box off and it was fairly clean. The Y piece was a little stopped up so I put a new one on. I put a new hose from the Y to the throttle body, I cleaned the port in the throttle body. the hose from the Y to the air intake hose looked new but I cleaned it out, it was a little gummed up. I checked the air intake hose from the box to the turbo by sealing the ends and blowing in it gently with the air compressor, no leaks. I sent the turbo for a rebuild but it couldn't be rebuilt. The seals had blown and it had gotten hot. New Garrett turbo is on. It runs great!!!! But... it still fails the jiggle test. I checked the compression, thinking maybe a cracked ring. Exactly 140 lbs on all cylinders. The spark plugs burn white. Very few leaks now but it still fails the jiggle test. Any suggestions??
I went by a reputable Volvo shop and the guy said 140 lbs is low and its blow by,those engines are only good for 200,000. I don't believe it.
