R-12 to R134a Service Bulletin 700 1989

Just picked up up the conversion kit for R12 to R134a. I was told Volvo included instructions. What I got was a 800 number to call Volvo and I need to ask for Service Bulletin Sect 8 Group 87 No 936. Hoping that someone has a copy of this that might be able to scan and e-mail.
I am waiting for an answer from Volvo, but I would like to convert the AC this weekend.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
