My old 1980 240 pump has positive and negative threaded wire connectors (studs)that use a nut.
This new Bosch unit just has two blank metal pins with no threads?

How do I connect my wires?

Your old one has been replaced before. Someone cut off the Bosch bullet connectors and installed the ring terminals. Personally I would prefer the ring connection, as it's more positive of a connection. But for what you need, all I can say is good luck finding the bullet connectors in the right size. They're tricky because apparently they're a weird size.

You might need to go to Volvo to get those connectors and splice them onto your harness. Or do you have a junk yard nearby you could get a harness from?
