Hello,

I am in need of an oil pressure sensor for my 83 Volvo 240. I have a 5 bar oil pressure gauge in the car, but the sensor recently bit the dust...destroyed (don't ask). Anyway, I was wondering if anyone out there might happen to have an old one and would not mind selling it. I am having a hard time finding any in the yards these days.

Also, if anyone happens to have an oil temperature sensor, let me know, too. I have an oil temperature gauge sitting around but I have no sensor for it. It might be neat to hook up.

Anyway, thanks to anyone in advance!!

    If the junkyard search fails to turn up an appropriate oil press. sender, have a look at egauges.com for a 5-bar/80psi VDO sender with the warning light output. About $35 I think.

    VDO was the OEM for the Volvo gauges. VDO was an independent Co. back then, but is now part of the massive Siemens group.

    oil temp sender part# 1307535 volvo can get them.
    oil pressure sender. check j-yard look for vw cabrio, audi.
