Help with water leak 900 1997

Just replaced the sunroof on the wifes 960 wagon because of leak on passenger side soaking the carpet ahead of the front seat. Now when it rains we are getting a little moisture in the dome light. The headliner has remained dry throughout the whole process. What should I do now, replaced the sunroof on the advice from a Volvo dealer in Bluffton S.C.

Are the sunroof drain holes/drain tubes open (not clogged) and properly connected?
