Hi, all, and happy holidays.

What do I want from Santa Klaus? I'd like to know, for Euroheadlights, where to buy the little white plastic (nylon?) connectors that are inside the housing and which connect the corner of the reflector to the end of the adjustment screws. On one of my headlights, one corner of the reflector popped off its adjuster (I noticed last night that the reflector, and the direction of my beam, was skewed crazy), and I can't re-aim the headlight until I replace it.

I'm assuming the part attaching to the reflector is broken -- or maybe it's the counterpart piece that attaches to the screw's tip. I can't tell without opening it.

BTW, it's for the JBAuto version in one my '93s. I don't know if this makes any difference (my other '93 has Volvo/Cibies, which haven't given me trouble).

    Those little white cups crumble from the heat. I bought a few sets from Bram Smits who got them from his dealer. As I recall they were $2 each or so.

    Chances are its not broken, it just slipped off the reflector. It doesn't have a good locking mechanism. I went through this a few times before a epoxied it to the reflector. The only way to tell for sure is to first remove the lens and have a look.

    Are you sure anything is broken? Worth checking. You may be lucky and just need to clip things together again.
