My Dad's Volvos 120-130

My dad passed away earlier this month. He loved Volvos. When we were going through some of his things we found many photos of his cars. I thought some of you would be interested in his 1960's cars.

As a "Volvo Guy" and a photographer that works with vintage cameras and film, I can't tell you how much I enjoyed these photographs. Thank you so much for sharing them with us.

Those are my two older sisters on the roof. I am still a twinkle in my mom's eye. I blieve the car is a 1966 or 67.

Are you one of the kids on the roof of the wagon? Looks like a '64.

Excellent cars and photos too. Your dad must have been quite an interesting person. Hope he had an easy transition to wherever we go.

Thanks much for posting the pics.

Condolences on your father...

Thanks for sharing the pictures. It's neat to see photos of these cars from their day in their everyday setting. Pictures from their ads and promos are nice, but to see photos of them "in the wild" adds more dimension. :)
