i got a bently from amazon for $32.
Its the way to go

I haven't, but from experience there doesn't seem to be much reason to use much other than the Bentley 240 manual, the BrickBoard archives/list, SwedishBricks, 700/900 FAQ (lots applicable to 240's), and maybe a few Volvo green books for the purty pictures if nothing else.

Also, there are some fantasic write-ups on the web by some great Bricksters who have the know-how and a digital camera in their tool box. I owe a lot of these folks a beer for making my life a little easier.
