Ok, the only issue with my new (to me) 82 245t is that there is oil on the turbo and on the air in side tube. I took the tube off and checked the turbo for play and it is tight as a drum. Is the turbo oil cooling line something that gets plugged and spues oil or is there another culprit? They told me this going in, so I am hoping it's any easy fix.

Some oil inside the intake hoses is normal.
How much is there, and where is the other oil?

No oil in the tube just all over it and the turbo.

Clean the oil off, start the engine, and see where oil comes from. Could be cam seal, cam cover, or turbo oil feed line.
