It looks like an M41 w/o the OD but I have no idea what's up with that shifter... 3-on-the-tree?

Hello,

That is a M46 Volvo transmission missing an o/d and without front input shaft bearing/front seal retainer for an overhead cam motor B21, B23 or maybe B230.
