Not all times but specially when the engine is hot i get an exaust black smoke and rough idle. No codes. 964 1996

    Something that would make the engine run rich? A faulty fuel pressure regulator, mine was sucking fuel thru the vacuum hose, would moan like crazy on a hot start. Sometime back firing and blowing off the little hose to the idle valve. A bad coolant sensor? A leaking injector. I listed these in the order that I would check.
