injector spray patterns for a prv 700

Having a go at diy injector cleaning and need some sort of reference as to the correct spray pattern to look out for on a prv v6 fuel injector.
Can anyone send me a picture and relate some of their experiences of injector cleaning,I seem to be getting very mixed results using an ultrasonic jewellery cleaning tank and carb cleaner, ie still some leaking and stringy flow from the injector.

it's been my experience in the past that any k-jet injector in any car is shot at about 100k. going through the grief and heartache of getting them out to get them cleaned just to find out they're not gonna clean up but worn to the point of uselessness, isn't worth it. i know they ain't cheap, i just put a set in a v8 benz, but finding 6 decent ones is gonna take alot of time. good luck, chuck.

I had a heck of a time with my PRV fuel injection setup and then found out that the new fuel pressure regulator that I had bought from Autozone was bad. I purchased a number of used injectors from a junk yard and cleaned them with an ultrasonic cleaner and found that on a few of them the pintel opened too far and the spray pattern was more of a stream than a cone. I sorted out the best of them, put them in the engine and beleive that they are all fine. Used injectors can be fine, but you want 10 to yield 6 good ones.
